Granite and other stone is quarried with huge extractors with cranes and heavy dumpers, wire saw machines. Small detonators are used at the mines and chemicals used to cut the blocks. These blocks are sent thro' cutting and polishing line in the manufacturing plants to bring out the product with uniform thickness and striking smoothness.
